Have to give a shout out to Joy and Mark who, this past weekend, wined and dined around 15 people on Saturday and Sunday with entirely different but entirely tasty cuisines. Joy makes a mean slab of ribs which undoubtedly delighted all of the meat-eating guys who invaded her home, while Mark oven-baked a very tasty sea bass that went well with the veggies. Throw in a fun jam session with the praise band, a great youth counselors meeting, a game of "Apples to Apples" and my first viewing of "Alias" (one ep before the finale!) and it made for a fun weekend.

Also, played ball on Sunday and Monday and the knee felt okay. So that's a praise... gonna keep being cautious with it just to be prudent.
