Picking up my bro from the airport and watching the end of the Lakers-Heat game with him and my dad at home...

Napping away a lazy, wet Sunday afternoon on the couch (since hoops has been pre-empted by weather again)...

Playing around with my unexpected newest toy (a gift from dad... too! many! features!)...

Dinner with the four of us in the family at the table, highlighted by fresh hamachi and salmon sashimi, and good conversation about "finding meaning and enjoyment in our work" and "empty nest psychology in Taiwanese culture"...

Viewing the enjoyably funny and surprisingly poignant "Bruce Almighty" with my bro and my mom (I'll probably delve into some more aspects of the movie and relating it to some personal thoughts I'm working out in a later post)...

Felt like Christmas to me.
