Cube greeting

It's a gorgeous, 70-degree early September Saturday morning in California. The sun is out and the smell of football is in the air.

And I'm in my cube at work.

But that's okay, because I got a better night's sleep last night than in most of the previous week, had a great noodle soup breakfast this morning, and have my newly-arrived Switchfoot and Delopoulos CDs to keep me company. It's the weekend, I'll shelve the classical music for one day at the office.

Above all, my God is faithful. God, help me to be faithful today.
