If you watched Monday Night Football this past week (where the Niners got [sigh] spanked by the Eagles), you might have seen John Madden describing and then tearing into a "turducken".

The name is an amalgamation of "turkey-duck-chicken." In other words, it's an oven-roasted mutant - a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey, all of them deboned, with both a sausage stuffing and a cornbread dressing.
